Mer-chan (マーちゃん, Mā chan?) is the Chief of Merchandising of Amagi Brilliant Park.

He has the appearance of a person with a large red cash register as a head. The cash register has no facial features but can apparently sweat. He wears a classic, black suit buttoned up and a navy blue tie.
